Lee began in the financial industry in 1994 and has been building his wealth advisory practice successfully for over 30 years. Having grown his business in Roseville, CA and Bend, OR, Lee moved to Franklin, TN in 2024.
Lee specializes in working with families and successful business owners across the country. His goal is always the same: to give his clients the best service possible. By having a dedicated staff by his side that places the client's needs first, he is able to deliver on his goal.
In 2021, Lee's firm, Cascade Wealth Management, affiliated with Prospera Financial Services, a full-service boutique broker-dealer and seven-time winner of the Investment Advisors Magazine's Broker-Dealer of the year award.
Lee has been married for over 30 years to his beautiful wife, Lisa, and together they have two grown children, Lauren and Leeson. Lee has two great assistants - Missy, who has been working with Lee since 2018, and Lee's daughter Lauren who has been there since 2023. Both assistants are heavily involved in servicing client needs. In Lee's spare time he enjoys exercising, golfing, skiing, paddle boarding, hunting, fishing, and dedicating time to his church.
